Municipal Court

The purpose of the Municipal Court is to provide a forum for citizens to be heard in a professional and courteous environment in matters related to Class C offenses filed within the city limits of the City of Splendora, ensuring that the law may be administered in a fair and efficient manner.

The Municipal Court provides administrative support for the City of Splendora’s court proceedings. The Court is responsible for the collection of fines, fees and State costs; filing citations/complaints; court scheduling; issuing, tracking and clearing warrants; maintaining court records and reporting collections, conviction and statistical data to appropriate State agencies.

Citation Payment Options

Citation Payments: You may pay the fine and court costs for violations(s) you are charged with in full or you may request a payment plan. Listed below are the payment options if you wish to pay your fine and fees in full prior to your initial appearance date (court date):

Continuances

You must contact the Court before the day of your scheduled Court date to request a reset. It is required that you sign for a new court date.
