City of Splendora Community Notice
The City of Splendora has partnered with Business Services Company to conduct a survey of
our water and sewer customers. This survey is an important step in securing grant funding for
major infrastructure improvements to benefit our community.

Survey crews will be visiting residents in the coming weeks. To ensure your confidence, all
surveyors will carry:
– An official name badge
– A signed letter from the Mayor verifying their identity

Survey crews will be in the area October 17 through October 19, 2025.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in completing this survey. Your participation is vital in
helping us strengthen and improve Splendora’s water and sewer systems.
