The Owner reserves the right to accept or to reject any bids, to waive technicalities, and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the product/service(s) required, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid.
During the period between the Request for Proposals or the Bid Solicitation, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Splendora City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
