Effective: 1/1/2024
The city’s disconnection of utilities process will be changing. If the bill is not paid in full by the 20th of the month, a penalty of 10% will be assessed. On the 5th day following the 20th, a fee of 75.00 will be charged, and the service will be disconnected.
Customers will no longer be allowed to have a two-month bill.

El proceso de desconexión de servicios públicos de la ciudad cambiará. Si la factura no se paga en su totalidad antes del día 20 del mes, se impondrá una multa del 10%. El quinto día siguiente al día 20 se cobrará una tarifa de 75,00 y se desconectará el servicio.
Los clientes ya no podrán tener una factura de dos meses.
